Enhancing Skills Through Secondments
This initiative focused on two types of secondments:
- African Academics and Industry Partners
African academics were placed in industry settings to develop soft skills and expertise. This helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications in African industries, ensuring that research is more aligned with industry needs. - African Academics and UK Counterparts
